Amazon Care is a benefit currently being piloted for Amazon employees and their families in the Seattle area. Amazon Care is designed to make it easier for you to access high-quality healthcare, combining the best of both virtual and in-person care by our expert clinical staff.
With Amazon Care you can:

• Text in-app with a clinician for advice on any health topic
• Launch a video visit with a clinician for advice, diagnoses, treatment, or referrals
• Have a Mobile Care nurse dispatched to your home or office to conduct in-person exams, testing, or treatment
